Senior Fit

60 minutes of moderate intensity training. Incorporating weights, body weight resistance and cardio moves. This class is especially choreographed for our senior members that will push you to your limits and make you stronger and more active.

*All participants must complete a Pre- Exercise health questionnaire

Gym

Open from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Saturday and 1pm to 5pm Sunday

*All members must complete a pre-exercise health questionnaire

** All members aged under 18 yrs must have a full gym induction

Beep testing for those needing testing done for future employment
