Our weekday classes focus on the technical aspects of boxing. After a dynamic warm-up, our experienced coach will show various drills and techniques to the class which will then be practiced on the bag or with partners.
After that, it’s time for some fitness fun! We will be utilising a combination of bag work & body weight exercises to give you a full body workout!!
