Boxing training can help improve your cardiovascular endurance & overall fitness due to its high intensity style of training. The Seniors Boxing is not for the faint hearted,& all skill levels are catered for.
You can expect to use the boxing bags, complete long distance jogs, planks, ball slams and other team or partnered activities to get your hearts pumping for the hour long class commencing at 6pm.
Junior boxing is a 30 minute class introducing children to basic boxing techniques and a whole lot of running, planking & agility exercises.
Personal boxing wraps are available for purchase in our canteen. We recommend the use of wraps whenever participating in a boxing class. Wraps support your wrists during long boxing sessions – if you don’t know how to correctly put them on your hands, ask one of the boxers that does & they’ll happily help you.
