PCYC Queensland Gym+Fitness terms & conditions apply. A one-off Direct Debit set up fee $5.50 will be applied and ongoing Ezi Debit transaction fee of $1.10. Group fitness included at your home gym, where available. Ultimate Fit Pass offer can only be activated by becoming a member at a PCYC Queensland Gym. Ultimate Fit Pass only available for direct debit and upfront annual Gym+Fitness memberships; not available for casual memberships. $328 in value is based on current fees associated with offer inclusions.
