Club Overview

Situated in the heart of the Hills District, PCYC Hills District works together with the Queensland Police Service, Moreton Bay Regional Council and local community partners to provide a fun, safe and healthy sport and recreation environment along with a range of youth programs designed to develop leadership, self-esteem and crime prevention.

In operation since 1991, our club offers free programs for the community, as well as a range of low-cost activities for all age groups.

On offer is a 24/7 gym, Little n Active, Breaking the Cycle, Boxing, Activ8 group training, Fit & 50, Muay Thai Boxing, Youth Programs and court sports… plus loads more.

Sports and Recreation

PCYC Queensland clubs are lively hubs, each offering a unique blend of activities to fit with the local community.

  • Little n Active

    Developing your little one’s physical literacy through active and creative play!

  • Gymnastics

    Gymnastics empowers every child to grow through movement, skill development, friendships and confidence.

    Boxing

    Boxing continues to hold an important place in PCYC Queensland’s history, as our foundation offering at PCYC Lang Park, our first official club in 1948.

    75+ years on, boxing remains one of our most popular activities, with many of our Gym+Fitness centres also offering boxfit and boxercise classes.

  • Pickleball

    Do you know Pickleball is one of the world’s fastest growing games!

    Pickleball is great for all ages and abilities. Improve your hand eye coordination, keep fit and meet friends in our welcoming, indoor facilities.

  • Badminton

    Badminton is a sport played with a racquet and a shuttlecock.

    All ages and skills levels are welcome to play.

    It can be a competitive sport as well as a social game so we can ensure you will find a game no matter what level you are after!

  • Kickboxing

    Muay Thai is an ancient art of self-defence and discipline.

    Learn the fundamental techniques and increase your speed, skills and fitness through bag and pad work, and physical cardio conditioning. 

  • QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment

    If you are invited to participate in QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment, you will be required to undertake a series of assessments at a PCYC.

    This assessment will take up to two hours to complete.

    Basketball

    Our large basketball programs are affiliated with Basketball Queensland.

    We offer developmental pathways for our members who want to progress their game to the next level.

We offer facilities that are available for hire.

  • Multipurpose court

    General Amenities: Wooden floored courts with lines and fittings for Basketball, Netball, Futsal & Badminton.
