Ju Jitsu

Ju Jitsu provides a great platform for children and adults alike to strengthen all aspects of health and fitness.

Participants also learn self-defence techniques and improve self-confidence and general wellbeing.

Judo

Judo is for people young and mature, looking to stay fit and healthy whilst learning self-defence skills.

Judo does not involve kicking or striking techniques, but rather throwing and grappling movements. It is an excellent activity to increase physical fitness, self-esteem, self-defence and discipline.

QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment

If you are invited to participate in QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment, you will be required to undertake a series of assessments at a PCYC.

This assessment will take up to two hours to complete.

Capacity: 130 Max

General Amenities: 18m x 8m. Fridge, micriwave, oven, sink, tables, chairs, air conditioning, off-street car park, toilets, cafe.

Need to provide public liability insurance certificate.

75+ years on, boxing remains one of our most popular activities, with many of our Gym+Fitness centres also offering boxfit and boxercise classes.

General Amenities: Timber floors catering for a variety of court sports and other activities such as dance and fitness classes.

Full Kitchen

Capacity: Max 10

General Amenities: 10m x 10m. Full kitchen, with cold-room, large oven, enough plates and utensils for roughly 200 people.

General Amenities: Small but clean kitchen area, tables and chairs.

Disabled toilets, car parking and access. 45 space car park, with night lighting and access to adjacent sporting fields of maintained lawn.

Meeting Room

Capacity: Max 50

General Amenities: 25m x 20m. Small fridge, coffee urn, tables, chairs, air conditioning, screen, projector, toilets and kitchenette.

Unavailable: Monday to Friday from 6.30am-11.00am and 3.00pm- 6pm (and all day in school holidays 6.30am – 6pm).

Space to warm up in, hanging bags and a ring. Opportunities to hire over weekends.

REC Room

Open room that you could do a circuit in or Pilates.
