Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Program

We also work in partnership with QPS, Queensland Government and Indigenous communities to deliver a range of sporting, recreation and youth development programs.

Our Indigenous Programs team works closely with 35 Indigenous communities in metropolitan, regional and remote locations across Queensland to achieve physical, social and emotional wellbeing outcomes for participants through our flagship programs and the government’s Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Program (ICSRP).

The ICSRP includes a diverse range of over 70 different sporting, recreation, cultural, youth development and crime prevention activities that promote health, wellbeing and safer communities.

PCYC Queensland would like to acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the lands on which our clubs are placed and their continuing connection to the land, sea and community.
We also acknowledge and pay our respects to Elders, past and present.
