Judo

Judo is for people young and mature, looking to stay fit and healthy whilst learning self-defence skills.

Judo does not involve kicking or striking techniques, but rather throwing and grappling movements. It is an excellent activity to increase physical fitness, self-esteem, self-defence and discipline.

QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment

If you are invited to participate in QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment, you will be required to undertake a series of assessments at a PCYC.

This assessment will take up to two hours to complete.

QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment

If you are invited to participate in QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment, you will be required to undertake a series of assessments at a PCYC.

General Amenities: Featured on Level 3 is a fully air-conditioned, indoor half basketball court, with secured FOB access.

This is accessible for a casual fee through staffed hours and available for private bookings.

Meeting Rooms

Genral Amenities: On the lower level, PCYC Fortitude Valley has three separated office spaces ranging from 19 to 24m2.

There is also the option to open up two rooms for one larger combined space.

All rooms are fully air conditioned and secured by FOB access. Kitchenette is also available.

Office Space

General Amenities: Situated on level 3 is an office space available for rent, fully secured with FOB access and available for access 24/7.

This space is fully airconditioned, 31m2 in size and is accompanied by views of the Fortitude Valley pool and Brisbane CBD skyline.
