PCYC Caloundra is set to become a major new community hub for the Sunshine Coast, with plans advancing for a purpose-built facility in Aura at Caloundra South.
The new club will sit on a 6500sqm block of land alongside the Emergency Services Precinct and will meet the needs of one of the fastest growing communities in the region.
The club will be built using $15 million of funding from the Queensland Government and is supported by Sunshine Coast Council.
This club will bring all of PCYC Queensland’s youth programs like After Dark, Drop In, Youth Leadership Team, Braking the Cycle and more to this community, as well as a 24/7 gym, indoor sport and gymnastics spaces, and multi-purpose community spaces.
Once open, PCYC Caloundra will play a key role in supporting young people and families through youth programs, safe spaces and opportunities to stay active, connected and engaged as the community continues to grow.
