Activ8 Group Training uses structured training blocks, progressive overload, and a variety of workouts to keep your routine fresh and your progress on track—no guesswork, just results.

  • Activ8 Fusion

    Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays

    Mixed cardio and strength exercises programmed to build strength and get your heart pumping! Skip the treadmill – this challenging, full-body workout will have your body in “afterburn” for hours post workout!

  • Activ8 Strength

    Tuesdays & Thursdays

    A mix of upper, lower, and full body exercises programmed to get you lifting heavier over time! Go heavy with your trainer’s guidance and then learn the foundations of strength training and progressive overload to take with you to the gym floor.

  • Activ8 Box-Fit

    Wednesdays

    HIIT training with a twist! Push yourself to new limits with this full body workout incorporating boxing fundamentals. Pad work paired with high intensity body weight exercises; you’ll be burning calories faster than you can jab!
