50+ Fitness

We have implemented a number of fitness classes for seniors such as Move for Life, Zumba Gold and group classes to improve mobility, muscular conditioning, balance and flexibility. Our seniors fitness programs offer supportive and friendly environments,  great for social interaction and building relationships, as well as achieving fitness goals, and have grown in popularity across many of our clubs.
