PCYC Queensland offer a wide range of group fitness classes from Zumba, Yoga and Pilates to Circuits, Boxercise and HIIT, to name but a few. With a huge range of classes, you’ll be sure to find something to suit your needs.

Your PCYC Queensland Club membership includes access to Activ8 Group Training classes at participating clubs. With 100’s of targeted workouts to choose from – fusion, core cardio, strength, boxing, recovery and even tailored 50 years+ workouts, you’ll be sure to find something to suit your needs.
