Group Fitness

PCYC Queensland offer a wide range of group fitness classes from Zumba, Yoga and Pilates to Circuits, Boxercise and HIIT, to name but a few.  All our instructors are fully qualified, very friendly and ready to make exercising a fun and rewarding part of the day.

Your PCYC Queensland Club membership includes access to Activ8 Group Training classes at participating clubs. With 100’s of targeted workouts to choose from – fusion, core cardio, strength, boxing, recovery and even tailored 50 years+ workouts, you’ll be sure to find something to suit your needs.

Our group fitness classes are for everyone, you don’t have to be super fit to join in and you can work at a pace that suits you.  However, if you are looking for something to challenge you or need to shake up your regular routine we have more intense classes to suit.
